Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your item to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, we may only allow a partial refund (if applicable):
– Any item that shows obvious signs of use
– Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged through no fault of ours, or is missing parts
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late refund or non-refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you have done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us by email.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please contact us by email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the return. Once we receive the return, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver and the gift giver will be informed of your return.
Shipping
If you need to return an item, please contact us by email.
Returns require the item to be couriered to our designated warehouse, and the shipping costs incurred during the period will be borne by you. We refund the full amount of the order. The refund time is 1-2 business days after the warehouse receives the goods.
