Because in this industry,
consistency is more important than perfection.

These things are all very ordinary.
But when you do them for many years in a row,

Customers may not be able to explain the exact reason,
but they will feel:

And I am increasingly convinced that:
Whether a person appears calm or composed
is not necessarily because they are not busy.
It is because they prepared a little earlier.
Even if it's just two minutes earlier —
